摘 要:针对大学生电动方程式赛车拉杆式独立悬架刚度传递比求解问题,采用虚位移法在双横臂拉杆式独立悬架设计的基础上进行刚度传递比解析。通过悬架拓扑模型,分析推导刚度传递比解析式。运用Adams/car和Adams/insight模块进行数值验证与优化。结果表明,运用虚位移法能够精确求解独立悬架刚度传递比,通过硬点优化可以提高刚度传递比,验证拉杆式独立悬架线刚度具有随轮跳上升而递减的特性。研究结果可以为大学生电动方程式赛车拉杆式或推杆式独立悬架刚度传递比求解提供理论参考。In order to solve the problem of stiffness transfer ratio of tie-rod independent suspension of college student Formula E racing car,the virtual displacement method was used to analyze the stiffness transfer ratio on the basis of the design of double-wishbone tie-rod independent suspension.Through the suspension topology model,the analytical expression of the stiffness transfer ratio was analyzed and derived.Numerical verification and optimization were carried out by using Adams/car and Adams/insight modules.The result shows that the stffness transfer ratio of the independent suspension can be accurately solved by using the virtual displacement method,and the stiffness transfer ratio can be improved through hard point optimization,and the linear stiffness of the tie-rod independent suspension was verified to decrease with the rise of the wheel jump.The research result can provide a theoretical reference for solving the stiffness transfer ratio of tie-rod or pushrod-type independent suspension of college student Formula E racing car.
