摘 要:针对核电站优选模块故障的根本原因,进行深入的理论与工程应用分析。基于电磁兼容(EMC)防护原理及要求,开展干扰源及关键特性识别技术研究。采用继电器隔离的方案防护电磁干扰。增加续流二极管方案防护反向电动势。经试验验证,继电器隔离方案可满足优选模块反馈通道的电磁干扰防护要求,而续流二极管方案可满足优选模块输出通道的反向电动势防护要求。该研究提升了安全级信号采集回路的抗电磁干扰能力、建立了基于EMC试验的强干扰测试技术方案,从而有效解决了在实验室内无法准确产生瞬态干扰的难题。In-depth theoretical and engineering application analysis is carried out to analyze the root causes of the failure of nuclear power plant prefered modules.Based on the principle and requirements of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) protection,the research on the identification technology of interference sources and key characteristics is carried out.A relay isolation scheme is adopted to protect against electromagnetic interference. A renewal diode scheme is added to protect against reverse electromotive force.After test verification,the relay isolation scheme can meet the electromagnetic interference protection requirements of the feedback channel of the preferred module,and the remenal diode scheme can meet the reverse electromotive force protection requirements of the output channel of the preferred module.The research improves the anti-electromagnetic interference capability of the safety-grade signal acquisition circuit,establishes a strong interference test technology program based on EMC test,and effectively solves the problem of transient interference that cannot be accurately generated in the laboratory.
