摘　　要：连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)是重症急性肾损伤患者的重要治疗方式。随着血液净化技术的发展,CRRT的应用已超越肾脏疾病的范畴,发展为综合性、集成化的器官支持平台,为血液净化治疗提供了组合式的治疗方案。随着CRRT信息化建设的推进,依据患者具体信息制定个体化的精确治疗方案,是持续改进CRRT治疗质量的关键。该文将从抗凝、剂量、容量管理3个维度,探讨CRRT的精准处方和发展前景,以供重症肾脏病领域同道参考。Continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)is an important therapy for patients with severe acute kidney injury.With the development of blood purification,the application of CRRT has been beyond the scope of kidney disease and developed into a comprehensive and integrated organ support platform,providing a hybrid treatment of different blood purification techniques.With the advancement of informatization,it is possible to improve the quality of CRRT treatment to formulate individualized and precise treatment based on the specific information of patients.This article will discuss the precise prescription and development prospective of CRRT from three dimensions:anticoagulation,dosage and volume management.
