摘 要:钨铁合金是性能良好的钨基金属陶瓷弥散燃料基体,铁的含量将直接影响钨铁合金的使用特性。为准确检测钨铁合金粉末中铁含量,本研究将0.1 g钨铁合金粉末采用硝酸和氢氟酸溶解,5.5 mol/L硝酸定容,实现样品完全溶解并有效消除了钨水解的影响。在电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪上建立了钨铁粉中铁含量的检测方法。实验结果表明,仪器功率为1300 W、雾化器流量为0.80 L/min、样品中铁含量为1.5%~15.0%时,铁元素在259.939 nm特征发射峰处强度的线性相关系数可达到0.999985。本方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)能够达到0.45%(n=6),平均回收率在96%~107%。Tungsten-ferro alloy is a kind of tungsten-based cermet dispersed fuel matrix with good properties,and the content of Fe will directly affect the service characteristics of the alloy.In order to accurately detect the Fe content in the ferrotungsten alloy powders,ferrotungsten alloy powder weighing 0.1 g is dissolved with nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid,and the 5.5 mol/L nitric acid is used for capacity determination,which can completely dissolve the sample and effectively eliminate the influence of tungsten hydrolysis.The method for the determination of Fe content in the ferrotungsten powder by inductively coupled plasm-optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)has been developed.The experimental results show that the linear correlation coefficient intensity at 259.939 nm of Fe element can reach 0.999985 when the instrument power is 1300 W,the atomizer flow rate is 0.8 L/min,and the iron content in the sample is 1.5%-15.0%.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method can reach 0.45%(n=6),and the average recovery of the method is between 96% and 107%.
