思政引领课岗对接德技并育的课改实践——以《药事管理与法规》课程为例

摘　　要：目的探索高职《药事管理与法规》课程思政、技能培养、职业道德培养相融合的教学改革路径。方法深度挖掘课程思政元素,采用经典案例,将课程内容与思政元素耦合,建立思政图谱,发挥课程团队的党建学术双带头优势为课程思政质量提供保障;明确课程定位及目标,架构基于工作过程的系统化课程结构;将德育和技能培养有机融合,基于药学工作过程建设突出技能性、多样性、案例化的实践教学内容。结果形成了高职《药事管理与法规》思政引领、课岗对接、德技并育的教学改革路径。结论课改实践实现了课程思政、技能培养、职业道德培养有机融合。OBJECTIVE To explore a teaching reform path that integrates ideological and political education,skill development,and professional ethics cultivation in the course of“Pharmaceutical Management and Regulations”in vocational colleges.METHODS The ideological and political elements of the“Pharmaceutical Management and Regulations”course were deeply explored,and coupled with the course content by using classic cases to establish the ideological and political map.The advantages of both party building and academic leadership were utilized to build a good course team and provide guarantee for the ideological and political quality of courses.The problem of course job integration was solved by clarifying the course positioning and objectives and constructing a systematic course structure based on work processes.The problem of moral and technical integration was solved by integrating moral educa-tion and skill development organically,and building practical teaching content that highlights skill diversity,diversity,and case-based approaches based on the pharmaceutical work process.RESULTS A teaching reform path of ideo-logical-political leading,course-job docking,moral-technical co-cultivation was formed for the“Pharmaceutical Management and Regulations”in vocational colleges.CONCLUSION An organic integration of course ideological and political education,skill development,and professional ethics cultivation was achieved.
