药学专业“岗课赛证融通” 综合育人模式下“三教”改革探索与实践

摘  要:目的 针对医药类高职院校办学特点,在“岗课赛证融通”综合育人模式下,探索实践药学专业“三教”改革。方法 通过将“岗课赛证融通”引入“三教”改革,对现有药学专业课程体系进行重构,优化人才培养模式。结果 探索与实践了“三教”改革的路径,推动高素质双师型教师队伍的建设,提升了药学专业人才培养质量。结论 在“岗课赛证融通”综合育人模式下,践行“三教”改革,培养适合医药企业需求的高素质技能人才,为医药行业高质量发展助力。OBJECTIVE According to the characteristics of medical higher vocational colleges,the reform of“three education reform”in pharmaceutical major was explored and implemented under the comprehensive education model of“Integration of Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”.METHODS By introducing the“Integration of Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”into the“three education reform”,the existing curriculum system of pharmaceutical major was reconstructed and the talent training model was optimized.RESULTS Explored and implemented the path of the“three education reform”,promoted the construction of high-quality dual teacher team,and improved the quality of talent cultivation in the pharmaceutical field.CONCLUSION Under the comprehensive education model of“Integration of Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”,the school of pharmacy has practiced the“three education reform”,cultivated high-quality skilled talents suitable for the needs of pharmaceutical enterprises,and helped the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry.
