药师参与下的碘克沙醇不良反应监测与分析

摘  要:目的监测并分析碘克沙醇不良反应(Adverse Drug Reaction,ADR)的发生、特点和影响因素,为碘克沙醇安全用药提供保障。方法通过药学查房,对2022年1月至2023年8月在我院使用碘克沙醇的患者进行监测,收集患者的人口学和临床信息,结合患者的ADR发生情况和用药情况等,对发生ADR的风险因素、ADR的分类和转归情况进行统计并分析。结果在1961例患者中,累计24例患者发生ADR,发生率为1.22%。ADR主要涉及消化系统、皮肤系统和体温调节系统,其中发生率最高的为恶心呕吐(14,0.71%)、发热(4,0.20%)和皮肤瘙痒(3,0.15%)。ADR的发生与患者年龄超过75岁有统计学差异(P<0.05),而和性别、给药途径、用量以及是否合并慢性病无关。结论药师主动参与碘克沙醇ADR监测,能够做到早期干预,保障患者安全用药。OBJECTIVE To monitor and analyze the occurrence,characteristics and influencing factors of Adverse Drug Reaction(ADR)of iodixanol,and to provide guarantee for the safe use of iodixanol.METHODS The pharmacists monitored patients using iodixanol from January 2022 to August 2023 during pharmaceutical ward rounds.Demographic and clinical information,along with medication usage and occurrence of adverse drug reactions(ADRs),were collected for statistical analysis of ADR risk factors,classification,and outcomes.RESULTS Among 1961 patients,24 patients had ADR,and the incidence rate was 1.22%.ADR primarily affected the digestive system,skin system,and body temperature regulation system.The highest incidences were observed in vomiting(14,0.71%),fever(4,0.20%),and pruritus(3,0.15%).The incidence of ADR was significantly associated with patients over the age of 75 years(P<0.05),but not with other factors.CONCLUSION The active participation of pharmacists in ADR monitoring of iodixanol can achieve early intervention and ensure patient safe medication.
