摘　　要：目的:对比即时检验血糖仪及贝克曼AU5800全自动生化分析仪检测血糖指标的结果评价结果。方法:选取2021年8月~2022年8月在本院就诊的150例血糖检查的糖尿病患者进行研究,所有患者均进行即时检验血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪检测,分析不同仪器检测的血糖结果、不同血糖仪精密度检测结果及两种血糖检测仪的相关性。结果:两种血糖仪的血糖检测结果无差异性变化,P>0.05;两种血糖仪的变异系数均<5%,这表明两种血糖检测仪的精密度较为理想;以全自动生化分析仪作为因变量,即时检验血糖仪作为自变量,进行回归分析,结果表明两种血糖仪呈较好的相关性。结论:两种仪器检测血糖皆具有一定的优势,应根据患者的具体情况和需求决定血糖检测方法。Objective:To compare and evaluate the results of real-time blood glucose testing instrument and Beckman AU5800 fully automatic biochemical analyzer in detecting blood glucose indicators.Methods:150 patients with diabetes who underwent blood glucose examination in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected for research.All patients were tested by real-time blood glucose tester and automatic biochemical analyzer,and the blood glucose results detected by different instruments,the precision of different blood glucose testers,and the correlation between the two blood glucose testers were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the blood glucose detection results between the two blood glucose meters,P>0.05;The coefficient of variation of both blood glucose meters is less than 5%,indicating that the precision of both blood glucose detectors is relatively ideal;Regression analysis was conducted using a fully automated biochemical analyzer as the dependent variable and a real-time blood glucose meter as the independent variable.The results showed a good correlation between the two blood glucose meters.Conclusion:Both instruments have certain advantages in detecting blood sugar,and blood sugar detection methods should be determined based on the specific situation and needs of patients.
