摘 要:目的:探讨体外爆闪灯引导在经皮内镜下胃造口术(PEG)穿刺点精准选择的临床应用。方法:选取2019年1月~2023年1月本院择期行PEG的30例患者作为本次研究对象,并在相同的手术中实行不同引导操作方式均分成两组,即为对照组[择期行常规PEG穿刺方式(日本Introducer法)患者,15例],观察组(新型体外爆闪灯引导在PEG穿刺方式患者,15例),并观察两组患者的术中耗时以及感染情况。结果:观察组患者的术中耗时低于对照组患者的术中耗(P=0.001);该组的术中感染情况相对于对照组来说偏少(P=0.152);其次,观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),而生活质量比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:对需行PEG的患者在术中使用体外爆闪灯引导能精准确认最佳穿刺点,并缩短术中耗时,提高患者生活质量及减少并发症存在。Objective:To explore the clinical application of extracorporeal flashing light guidance in the precise selection of puncture points for endoscopic percutaneous gastrostomy.Methods:30 patients who underwent endoscopic percutaneous gastrostomy at our hospital during the period of January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the experimental subjects.Different guided procedures were performed during the same surgery,and they were divided into two groups:the control group[15 patients who underwent routine endoscopic percutaneous gastrostomy puncture method(Japanese Introducer method)],observation group(15 patients with novel extracorporeal flashing light guided endoscopic percutaneous gastric fistula puncture method),and the intraoperative time and infection status of both groups of patients were observed.Results:The intraoperative time of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group patients(P=0.001);The intraoperative infection rate in this group was relatively lower compared to the control group(P=0.152);Secondly,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the quality of life was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients who require percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy,the use of extracorporeal flashing light guidance during surgery can accurately confirm the optimal puncture point,shorten the time spent on the operation,improve patient quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
