消毒供应中心统一处理口腔器械的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨消毒供应中心统一处理口腔器械的应用价值。方法:选取2022年6月~2023年6月本院口腔科集中处理的器械数量200件,按照随机对照方式分为对照组(100间,常规清洗)和观察组(100件,优化处理),对比两组器械管理风险优先指数、管理质量、口腔器械管理人员操作和理论水平、消毒合格率和灭菌合格率。结果:观察组器械管理风险优先指数显著低于对照组,且管理质量、口腔器械管理人员操作和理论水平、消毒合格率和灭菌合格率显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:由消毒供应中心统一优化处理口腔器械能够降低器械管理风险,提高口腔器械管理质量和相关人员的操作理论水平,改善消毒灭菌效果。Objective:To explore the application value of disinfection supply center.Methods:Select 200 pieces of devices between June 2022 and June 2023,divided into control group(100,conventional cleaning)and observation group(100 pieces,optimized treatment),compare the two groups:risk priority index of device management,management quality,operation and theoretical level of oral device management,qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization.Results:The device management risk priority index was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the management quality,operation and theoretical level of oral device managers,qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The unified optimization of oral equipment by the disinfection supply center can reduce the risk of device management,improve the management quality of oral equipment management and the operation theory level of related personnel,and improve the disinfection and sterilization effect.
