摘  要:探讨解决眼科器械在消毒供应中心灭菌后湿包的有效对策,对于耐湿、耐热的器械采用压力蒸汽灭菌方式。眼科器械结构精密、包装保护复杂,经压力蒸汽灭菌后,干燥难度大,易出现湿包问题。文章详细分析压力蒸汽灭菌工艺流程,明确压力蒸汽灭菌过程中器械包内液态水的生成过程及必要性。文章在临床实践中分析影响液态水生成的主要因素,包括:蒸汽质量、设备疏水、真空度、包装材料、包装方式等。制定并实施优化和改进措施,通过试验对比,发现增加眼科器械盒内带针形梳齿的硅胶保护垫上的透气排水孔的密度,能有效降低眼科器械的湿包率。Ophthalmic instruments are sterilized centrally in the disinfection supply center,and pressure steam sterilization is used for instruments that are resistant to moisture and heat.Ophthalmic instruments have a precise structure and complex packaging protection.After being sterilized by pressure steam,they are difficult to dry and prone to wet packaging problems.This article provides a detailed analysis of the pressure steam sterilization process and clarifies the process and necessity of generating liquid water in the instrument package.This article analyzed the main factors that affect the generation of liquid water in clinical practice,including steam quality,equipment hydrophobicity,vacuum degree,packaging materials,packaging methods,etc.Formulating and implementing optimization and improvement measures.To compare with experiments,it was found that increasing the density of the breathable drainage holes on the silicone protective pad with needle shaped comb teeth in the ophthalmic instrument box can effectively reduce the wet packaging rate of ophthalmic instruments.
