摘　　要：目的观察平阳霉素治疗葡萄酒色斑的临床效果。方法选取2016年12月至2022年12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的80例葡萄酒色斑患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与试验组(40例),对照组采用常规治疗方法,试验组采用平阳霉素治疗方法。比较两组的治疗依从性、治疗前后疼痛程度评分、治疗总满意率、不良反应总发生率、生活质量、随访半年的疗效情况。结果试验组治疗后的治疗依从性、治疗总满意率、生活质量与疗效情况均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的疼痛程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组治疗后的疼痛程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平阳霉素治疗紫红型葡萄酒色斑具有显著的疗效价值,其具有治疗方法简单、快速、微创、痛苦小、不良反应少等优势,可有效减轻治疗所带来的痛苦,提高生活质量,有利于社会和家庭的和谐,对患者和社会均意义重大。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bleomycin A5 in the treatment of wine stains.Methods A total of 80 patients with wine stains admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from December 2016 to De-cember 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the ex-perimental group was treated with Bleomycin A5.The treatment compliance,pain degree score before and after treatment,total satisfaction rate of treatment,total incidence of adverse reactions,quality of life and half year follow-up effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the treatment compliance,total satisfaction rate,quality of life and efficacy of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the pain degree score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The pain degree score of the experimental group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bleomycin A5 has significant therapeutic value in treating purple wine stains.It has the advantages of simple,rapid,minimally invasive,less pain and fewer adverse events,which can effec tively alleviate the pain caused by treatment,improve the quality of life,benefit the harmony between society and family,and is of great significance to patients and society.
