参芪降糖颗粒联合羟苯磺酸钙分散片治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的效果及对PDGF、BMP-2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参芪降糖颗粒联合羟苯磺酸钙分散片治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的效果及对血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)、骨形成蛋白-2(BMP-2)水平的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2023年1月收治的100例非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组在常规治疗基础上加羟苯磺酸钙分散片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用参芪降糖颗粒治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的最佳矫正视力高于对照组,黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的PDGF、BMP-2水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪降糖颗粒联合羟苯磺酸钙分散片治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的效果确切,可有效降低血糖水平,改善患者视力,降低黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度,抑制PDGF、BMP-2表达。Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Jiangtang granules combined with calcium dobesilate dispersible tablets in the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy and its influences on platelet derived growth factor(PDGF)and bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)levels.Methods A total of 100 patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy admitted from February 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate dispersible tablets on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Jiangtang granules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the macular foveal retinal thickness was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PDGF and BMP-2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Shenqi Jiangtang granules combined with calcium dobesilate dispersible tablets is effective in the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy.It can effectively reduce the blood glucose level,improve the visual acuity of patients,decline the macular foveal retinal thickness,and inhibit the expression of PDGF and BMP-2.
