摘　　要：目的分析5%咪喹莫特乳膏联合CO_(2)激光和高锰酸钾粉封包治疗对跖疣患者创面愈合和复发率的影响。方法于2022年1月-2022年6月选取江西省南丰县疾病预防控制中心跖疣患者110例,随机分为两组,对照组(n=55)行CO_(2)激光和高锰酸钾粉封包治疗,试验组(n=55)加用5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗。观察两组治疗后2周、4周、2个月创面愈合情况、疣体复发情况、治疗效果及治疗期间出现水肿、灼烧感、红斑、感染等不良反应情况。结果与对照组对比,治疗后2周、4周、2个月,试验组创面积减小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组对比,治疗后,试验组治疗有效率高于对照组(98.18%>83.64%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗后2周、4周、2个月,试验组疣体复发率降低(1.82%<14.55%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组发生水肿、灼烧感、红斑、感染等不良反应发生率为21.82%,对照组为25.45%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论5%咪喹莫特乳膏联合CO_(2)激光和高锰酸钾粉封包治疗跖疣患者,创面愈合效果好,治疗效果显著,疣体复发率低,不良反应未增加,安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of 5%imiquimod cream combined with CO_(2) laser and potassium permanganate powder encapsulation on wound healing and recurrence rate of patients with plantar verruca.Methods From January 2022 to June 2022,110 patients with plantar verruca in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=55)received CO_(2) laser treatment and potassium permanganate powder encapsulation,and the experimental group(n=55)received 5%imiquimod cream.The wound healing and wart recurrence of the two groups were observed 2 weeks,4 weeks,2 months after treatment,the treatment effect and the adverse reactions such as edema,burning,erythema and infection occurred during treatment.Results Compared with control group,the trauma area of experimental group decreased 2 week,4 weeks and 2 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group,after treatment,the treatment effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(98.18%>83.64%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of warts in experimental groups decreased(1.82%<14.55%)at 2 week,4 weeks and 2 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the rate of adverse reactions such as edema,burning sensation,erythema and infection was 21.82%in the experimental group and 25.45%in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion 5%imiquimod cream combined with CO_(2) laser and potassium permanganate powder encapsulation for plantar verruca has good wound healing effect,significant therapeutic effect,low recurrence rate of verruca,no increase in adverse reactions,and high safety.
