摘　　要：目的探究小剂量曲马多复合丙泊酚应用于无痛胃肠镜检查的效果。方法采用随机数字表法对江苏省连云港市中医院自2021年3月-2023年2月收治的接受无痛胃肠镜检查的患者30例进行分组,每组各15例,对照组采用丙泊酚麻醉,观察组在其基础上加用小剂量曲马多复合麻醉,对比两组麻醉前后生命体征、麻醉相关指标以及不良反应。结果与T0比较,两组T1、T2时的HR值较低,观察组与对照组相比,T1、T2时的SBP及DBP较高;观察组与对照组相比,麻醉起效时间较短、丙泊酚追加剂量较少、苏醒后30min的VAS评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量曲马多复合丙泊酚应用于无痛胃肠镜检查患者中可获得更加平稳的指标,整体麻醉效果表现更好,且应用期间并不会增加不良反应,安全性有保证。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of low dose tramadol combined with propofol in painless gastroenteroscopy.Methods Thirty patients who received painless gastroenteroscopy admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were divided into groups by random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was given crude anesthesia with propofol,and the observation group was given low dose tramadol combined anesthesia on the basis of propofol,and the vital signs,anesthesia-related indexes and adverse reactions before and after anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results The HR values of T1 and T2 were lower than those of T0,and SBP and DBP of observation group were higher than those of control group at T1 and T2.Compared with the control group,the effect time of anesthesia in the observation group was shorter,the supplementary dose of propofol was less,and the VAS score at 30mi after resuscitation was lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low-dose tramadol combined with propofol in patients with painless gastroenteroscopy can obtain more stable indicators,and the overall anesthetic effect is better,and there is no increase of adverse reactions during the application period,and the safety is guaranteed.
