摘　　要：目的探讨自动乳腺全容积成像技术(ABVS)辅以多用途关节检查水囊盒在踝关节疾病患者中的诊断效果。方法选择2021年10月-2023年12月需行踝关节手术的患者50例为对象,同时疑似并有踝关节韧带损伤的存在,所有患者均行CT、MRI和超声ABVS技术检查。所有患者均有踝关节手术指征,术中对怀疑有踝关节韧带损伤的进行探查,以手术最终结果为“金标准”,计算CT、MRI和超声ABVS检查在踝关节韧带损伤中的检出率,比较不同影像学检查方法在踝关节韧带损伤中的诊断效能。结果50例疑似踝关节韧带损伤的患者经“金标准”确诊34例。CT检查阳性患者25例,MRI检查阳性患者32例,超声ABVS技术检查阳性患者30例。超声ABVS技术检查用于踝关节韧带损伤中准确度、灵敏度、特异度、阳性及阴性预测值MRI相当,且诊断效能略高于CT检查。结论CT、MRI和超声ABVS技术检查用于踝关节韧带中均具有较高的检出率,超声检查辅以多用途关节检查水囊盒能有一定的诊断准确性和敏感性,能为临床诊疗提供超声影像依据。Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of automatic breast full volume imaging(ABVS)combined with a multi-purpose joint examination water capsule box in patients with ankle joint diseases.Method Fifty patients who underwent ankle surgery from October 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and all patients were suspected to have ankle ligament injury.CT,MRI,and ultrasound ABVS techniques were performed on all patients.All patients have indications for ankle joint surgery.During surgery,those suspected of ankle ligament injury are explored,and the final surgical result is used as the“gold standard”to calculate the detection rate of CT,MRI,and ultrasound ABVS examination in ankle ligament injury.The diagnostic efficacy of different imaging examination methods in ankle ligament injury is compared.Result Fifty patients suspected of ankle ligament injury were diagnosed with“gold standard”in 34 cases.There were 25 patients with positive CT examination,32 patients with positive MRI examination,and 30 patients with positive ultrasound ABVS technique examination.The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predictive values of ultrasound ABVS technology in ankle ligament injury are comparable to MRI,and the diagnostic efficacy is slightly higher than CT examination.Conclusion CT,MRI,and ultrasound ABVS techniques have high detection rates in ankle ligaments.Ultrasound combined with a multi-purpose joint examination water capsule box can have certain diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity,and can provide ultrasound imaging basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
