中药穴位贴敷对服用阿片类药物肺癌患者便秘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药穴位贴敷对服用阿片类药物肺癌患者便秘的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2022年1月-2023年8月江西省肿瘤医院收治的70例服用阿片类药物所致便秘的晚期肺癌患者分为两组,每组各35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组加用中药穴位贴敷护理,两组均连续护理7d。对比两组护理效果、疾病改善情况[便秘病人症状自评量表评分(PACSYM)、便秘临床评分量表评分(CCS)]和生活质量[便秘患者生活质量量表评分(PAC-QOL)]。结果观察组护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后PAC-SYM、CCS、PAC-QOL评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿片类药物所致便秘的肺癌患者采用中药穴位贴敷护理,可改善便秘症状,提高生活质量,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine acupoint patch on constipation in lung cancer patients taking opioids.Methods 70 cases of advanced lung cancer patients with constipation caused by taking opioids admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were divided into two groups of 35 cases each by randomized numerical table method.The control group used conventional nursing care,and the observation group added Traditional Chinese Medicine acupoint patch care,and both groups were nursed continuously for 7d.The nursing effect,disease improvement[Patient’s Self-assessment of Symptoms for Constipation Scale(PAC-SYM),Constipation Clinical Rating Scale(CCS)],and quality of life[Patient’s Quality of Life Scale for Constipation(PAC-QOL)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the PAC-SYM,CCS,and PAC-QOL scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing care(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Traditional Chinese Medicine acupoint patch care for lung cancer patients with opioid-induced constipation can improve the symptoms of constipation and improve the quality of life,and has high clinical value.
