探究骨盆骨折患者围手术期护理中健康教育指导的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究健康教育指导在骨盆骨折患者围手术期护理中的作用。方法对北京市昌平区医院收治的骨盆骨折患者资料进行查找,确定研究对象为50例,运用抽签法将患者分为两组。每组病例数量均为25例;予以对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上提供健康教育指导,对两组患者的临床护理效果进行分析。结果实施不同护理干预模式的两组病患,观察组在临床疗效、疼痛程度评分、不良情绪评分及生活质量评分方面,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在骨盆骨折患者的围手术期护理中提供健康教育指导,可显著提升临床疗效,减轻疼痛感,消除其不良情绪,并有效提升生活质量。Objective To explore the role of health education guidance in the perioperative care of pelvic fracture patients.Methods The data of pelvic fracture patients in our hospital were searched and 50 cases were selected.The patients were divided into two groups by drawing lots.The number of patients in each group was 25.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,while the patients in the observation group were given health education guidance on the basis of the control group,and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The observation group showed better clinical effect,pain degree score,bad emotion score and quality of life score than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing health education guidance in the perioperative nursing of patients with pelvic fracture can significantly improve the clinical effect,relieve pain,eliminate bad emotion and improve the quality of life of patients.
