摘　　要：目的此研究旨在探讨急诊胸痛护理团队在急诊胸痛患者中实施护理的时效性,通过对比常规护理与急诊胸痛护理团队护理的效果,评价其在实际救治中的应用价值。方法选取60例急诊胸痛患者,随机分组,对照组给予急诊常规护理,研究组患者接受急诊胸痛护理团队护理,对比两组护理效果。结果研究组在确诊时间、治疗时间和患者满意度方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊胸痛护理团队在提高胸痛患者的救治时效和患者满意度方面具有显著优势,可优化急诊胸痛患者的护理流程,为患者提供更高效、专业的护理服务。Objective This study aims to explore the timeliness of emergency chest pain nursing team in emergency chest pain patients,by comparing the effect of routine nursing and emergency chest pain nursing team nursing,evaluate its application value in actual treatment.Methods 60 patients with emergency chest pain were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received emergency routine nursing and the study group received emergency chest pain nursing team nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The study group was superior to the control group in diagnosis time,treatment time and patient satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency chest pain nursing team has significant advantages in improving the treatment time and patient satisfaction of chest pain patients,and can optimize the nursing process of emergency chest pain patients,and provide patients with more efficient and professional nursing services.
