摘　　要：目的探讨特色电针技术治疗女性膀胱过度活动症的应用效果。方法选择60例女性膀胱过度活动症患者为研究对象,给予特色电针技术治疗,评估患者治疗前、治疗后2周及4周的膀胱过度活动症症状评分(overactive bladdersymptom score,OABSS)、生活质量指数评分(quality of life score,QOL)。结果与治疗前比较,患者治疗后2周、4周,OABSS评分、生活质量评分降低(P<0.05),且治疗后4周评分低于治疗后2周(P<0.05)。结论特色电针技术治疗女性膀胱过度活动症,可以显著改善患者OABSS,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of characteristic electroacupuncture in the treatment of female overactive bladder.Methods 60 female patients with overactive bladder were selected as the study subjects.Characteristic electroacupuncture was used to treat the patients.Symptom score of overactive bladdersymptom score(OABSS)and quality of life score(QOL)were evaluated before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,OABSS score and quality of life score were lower 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),and 4 weeks after treatment score was lower than 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Characteristic electroacupuncture therapy for female overactive bladder can significantly improve OABSS and improve the quality of life of patients.
