综合营养联合运动护理对维持性血液透析肾性骨病患者的干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合营养联合运动护理对维持性血液透析肾性骨病患者的干预效果分析.方法:选取我院2018年7月-2023年4月收治的70例维持性血液透析肾性骨病患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各35例.对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上增加综合营养联合运动护理干预,分别在治疗前与治疗3个月后比较2组的护理效果.结果:干预3个月后,2组转铁蛋白、前白蛋白、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组,观察组血磷、血钙均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预3个月后,2组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表评分、生活质量评分、骨密度水平均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:综合营养联合运动护理干预可改善维持性血液透析肾性骨病患者的营养水平,减少体内血磷、血钙水平,增加骨密度水平,提升运动功能,进而改善患者生活质量.Objective:To explore the intervention effect of comprehensive nutrition combined with exercise nursing bore disease in patients with renal osteopathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:70 patients with renal osteopathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis treated in our hospital from July 2018 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 cases.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nutrition combined with exercise nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The differences in nursing outcomes between the two groups before and after 3 months of treatment were compared.Results:After 3 months of intervention,transferrin,prealbumin,serum albumin and hemoglobin in two groups were higher than before intervention,and observation group was higher than control group,while blood phosphorus and blood calcium in observation group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale score,quality of life score and bone mineral density level in two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nutrition combined with exercise nursing intervention can improve the nutritional level of maintenance hemodialysis patients with renal osteopathy,reduce the blood phosphorus and calcium levels,increase the bone mineral density level,improve the motor function,and then improve the quality of life of patients.
