摘  要:为研究无机纤维滤筒脉冲喷吹特性,通过建立试验平台对Φ150 mm×4 000 mm规则滤筒进行脉冲喷吹试验。结果表明,脉冲喷吹时文丘里出口处滤筒侧壁所受的压力波动大,增加了滤筒在此部位发生疲劳断裂的风险。滤筒中上部的第一次压力峰值主要受喷吹气流的影响,滤筒下部的第一次压力峰值主要受诱导气流和喷吹气流叠加的影响;滤筒上部的最大压力峰值主要受诱导气流的影响,中下部的最大压力峰值主要受回流和诱导气流叠加的影响。对于长度小于2 m的滤筒,改善清灰能力主要考虑增大喷吹气流,长度大于2 m的滤筒,改善清灰能力主要考虑优化喷吹系统结构,增大诱导气流。而脉冲时间对滤筒侧壁所受到的压力峰值并无特别的影响。In order to study the pulse blowing characteristics of inorganic fibre cartridges,the pulse blowing test was carried out onΦ150 mm×4000 mm regular cartridges by establishing a test platform.The results show that the pressure fluctuation on the side wall of the cartridge at the venturi outlet during pulse blowing is large,which increases the risk of fatigue fracture of the cartridge at this part.The first pressure peak in the middle and upper part of the cartridge is mainly affected by the blowing airflow,and the first pressure peak in the lower part of the cartridge is mainly affected by the superposition of the induced and blowing airflow;the maximum pressure peak in the upper part of the cartridge is mainly affected by the induced airflow,and the maximum pressure peak in the middle and lower part of the cartridge is mainly affected by the superposition of the refluxing and induced airflow.For cartridges less than 2 m in length,the main consideration for improving the soot-cleaning ability is to increase the blowing airflow,and for cartridges longer than 2 m,the main consideration for improving the soot-cleaning ability is to optimise the structure of the blowing system and increase the induced airflow.And the pulse time has no special effect on the pressure peak value suffered by the side wall of the filter cartridge.
