摘 要:基于采煤机截割滚筒运行特征,介绍了一种采煤机滚筒运动参数对截割性能影响仿真分析方法。此仿真分析方法需先构建单齿旋转截割模型和滚筒截割模型,并以此为基础,从单齿旋转截割仿真和滚筒运动参数对截割性能仿真两个角度实施有限元仿真分析。为验证仿真分析方法的应用可行性,采用工业性试验方法与仿真分析方法进行匹配对比,最终确认仿真分析方法可满足应用需求。Based on the operating characteristics of the cutting drum of coal mining machine,a simulation and analysis method of the influence of the movement parameters of the drum of coal mining machine on the cutting performance is introduced.This simulation method requires the construction of a single-tooth rotary cutter model and a drum cutter model,and based on them,finite element simulation and analysis are implemented from two perspectives,namely,the single-tooth rotary cutter simulation and the simulation of the drum motion parameters on the cutter performance.In order to verify the application feasibility of the simulation analysis method,the industrial test method is used to match and compare with the simulation analysis method,and finally confirm that the simulation analysis method can meet the application requirements.
