摘 要:以SGZ830/800型刮板输送机为研究对象,介绍一种卡链断裂工况力学特性仿真分析方法。采用SolidWorks和ANSYS软件相结合方式构建刮板输送机链条有限元仿真模型,进而从卡链工况和断裂工况两个角度实施力学特性仿真。为确认仿真结果的精准性,实施有限元仿真结果与工程应用结果匹配对比,确认仿真分析法具有较高精准性。Taking SGZ830/800 scraper conveyor as an example,a method of simulation and analysis of mechanical characteristics of chain breakage working condition is introduced.The combination of SolidWorks and ANSYS software is used to construct the finite element simulation model of scraper conveyor chain,and then the mechanical characteristics are simulated from two perspectives,namely,chain jamming condition and fracture condition.In order to confirm the accuracy of the simulation results,the finite element simulation results are matched and compared with the engineering application results to confirm the high accuracy of the simulation analysis method.
