摘 要:为保证提升机的安全平稳运行,设计了一套提升机钢丝绳载荷动态检测装置。首先,对检测装置的结构进行了分析研究,通过液压连通装置中平衡油缸的动态特性和液压油的流动性的检测来验证动态检测装置的准确性。然后,基于AMESim模型库设计系统,分别建立了液压缸仿真模型和连通装置仿真模型进行仿真分析。为之后提升机钢丝绳载荷动态检测装置的生产实现提供了理论依据。In order to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the hoist,a set of dynamic detection device of hoist wire rope load is designed.Firstly,the structure of the detection device is analysed and studied,and the accuracy of the dynamic detection device is verified through the detection of the dynamic characteristics of the balance cylinder and the fluidity of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic connecting device.Then,based on the AMESim model library design system,the hydraulic cylinder simulation model and the simulation model of the connecting device were respectively established for simulation analysis.It provides a theoretical basis for the production realisation of the hoist wire rope load dynamic detection device for the hoist afterwards.
