摘 要:以MG1000/2500-WD型采煤机截割部的行星架结构为研究对象,利用SolidWorks和ANSYS软件构建了疲劳寿命分析有限元模型。发现一级和二级行星架局部位置的疲劳寿命相对较短,有优化改进的空间。针对两级行星架,各取6个结构参数为优化对象,通过优化研究使得一级和二级行星架的最小疲劳循环次数分别提升了30.97%和41.23%。将结构改进后的行星架部署到采煤机工程实践中,经过8个月时间的现场应用,发现达到了预期效果,能为煤矿开采效率提升创造良好条件,为企业创造更大的经济效益。Taking the planetary frame structure of the cut-off section of MG1000/2500-WD coal mining machine as the research object,a finite element model for fatigue life analysis was constructed using SolidWorks and ANSYS software.It is found that the fatigue life of the local positions of the first and second level planetary carriers is relatively short,and there is room for optimization and improvement.For the two levels of planetary carriers,six structural parameters were taken as the optimization objects,and the optimization study made the minimum fatigue cycle times of the first and second level planetary carriers improved by 30.97%and 41.23%,respectively.The structurally improved planetary carrier is deployed to the coal mining machine engineering practice,and after 8 months of field application,it is found to have achieved the expected effect,which can create good conditions for the improvement of the efficiency of coal mining and create greater economic benefits for the enterprise.
