摘 要:以MG900/2210GWD型采煤机为例,介绍一种采煤机截割部扭矩轴优化设计,基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件,结合扭矩轴基本结构,构建扭矩轴有限元仿真模型,并以此为基础,从静力学仿真和模态仿真两个角度实施扭矩轴强度仿真分析。根据分析结果确认扭矩轴受力薄弱点后,介绍三种扭矩轴优化设计,再通过有限元仿真分析获取最佳设计,将最佳设计应用于工程实践,确认可有效提高扭矩轴综合性能。Taking MG900/2210GWD coal mining machine as an example,a torque shaft optimisation design of the cutting section of coal mining machine is introduced.Based on ABAQUS finite element analysis software,combined with the basic structure of the torque shaft,the finite element simulation model of the torque shaft is constructed,and based on this,the strength simulation analysis of the torque shaft is implemented from the perspectives of static simulation and modal simulation.After confirming the weak points of torque shaft according to the analysis results,three kinds of torque shaft optimisation designs are introduced,and then the best design is obtained through the finite element simulation analysis,and the best design is applied to engineering practice,which confirms that the comprehensive performance of torque shaft can be improved effectively.
