摘 要:变压器作为输变电系统的重要设备,对电力系统的使用具有重要的影响。变压器使用过程中,产生较大的漏磁,造成变压器油箱的温升及电力损耗,威胁变压器的安全使用。针对变压器油箱的漏磁分布,采用硅钢片磁屏蔽结构减弱漏磁强度,通过MagNet软件仿真计算,验证了磁屏蔽结构的有效性。进一步针对不同厚度的磁屏蔽结构作用进行仿真分析,结果表明,磁屏蔽结构的厚度越大,则对油箱漏磁强度的减弱越多,有利于变压器的安全稳定。As an important equipment of power transmission and transformation system,transformer has an important impact on the use of power system.During the use of transformer,large magnetic leakage is generated,which causes the temperature rise of transformer tank and power loss,threatening the safe use of transformer.For the magnetic leakage distribution of the transformer tank,the magnetic shielding structure of silicon steel sheet is used to attenuate the magnetic leakage intensity,and the effectiveness of the magnetic shielding structure is verified through the simulation calculation of MagNet software.Further simulation analysis for the role of different thickness of magnetic shielding structure,the results show that the greater the thickness of the magnetic shielding structure,the greater the attenuation of the magnetic leakage intensity of the oil tank,which is conducive to the safety and stability of the transformer.
