摘 要:由于井下地质构造多,在生产过程中由于岩石较硬造成掘进机的第一运输机卡矸现象频繁,加之液压系统驱动能力有限,导致运输机出矸困难,严重影响了掘进进度。基于此,将现有三一掘进机第一运输机的驱动方式由液压马达驱动改为电机减速器驱动。设计机头驱动架,加装电机减速器,解决目前掘进机频繁卡矸、液压系统驱动力矩小的问题,最终达到提高掘进机运输能力的目的。Due to the many underground geological formations,the first conveyor of the roadheader is frequently stuck in the gangue due to the hard rock in the production process,coupled with the limited driving capacity of the hydraulic system,which leads to difficulties in discharging the gangue from the conveyor,and seriously affects the progress of the roadheading.Based on this,the existing Sany Roadheader first conveyor drive from hydraulic motor drive to motor reducer drive.Design the head drive frame,add motor reducer,solve the current roadheader frequently jam gangue,hydraulic system drive torque is small,and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the transport capacity of the roadheader.
