摘  要:基于矿用刮板运输机工作原理与基本结构,介绍一种矿用挂板运输机链轮结构优化方案。根据刮板运输机链轮结构构建有限元仿真模型,结合有限元接触分析理论,实施刮板运输机链轮有限元接触分析,根据分析结果介绍矿用刮板运输机链轮结构优化方案。为验证链轮结构优化方案可行性,将优化方案应用于某煤矿生产实践。最终确认此矿用刮板运输机链轮结构优化方案具有较强可行性。Based on the working principle and basic structure of mining scraper transporter,a structural optimisation scheme of sprocket wheel of mining hanging plate transporter is introduced.According to the structure of the sprocket wheel of the scraper conveyor,a finite element simulation model is constructed,combined with the theory of finite element contact analysis,the finite element contact analysis of the sprocket wheel of the scraper conveyor is implemented,and according to the analysis results,a structural optimization scheme of the sprocket wheel of the mining scraper conveyor is introduced.In order to verify the feasibility of the sprocket structure optimisation scheme,the optimisation scheme is applied to the production practice of a coal mine.Finally,it is confirmed that the optimisation scheme of sprocket structure of mining scraper conveyor has strong feasibility.
