摘 要:针对ZZ9200型液压支架在大倾角松软煤层上工作时经常出现倾倒和下滑,影响井下支护安全的不足,在对支架支护稳定性影响因素进行分析的基础上,确定了液压支架在松软煤层上工作时的极限倾倒角和极限下滑角。针对性的采取了综采面弯曲布置、伪斜布置及支架防倒滑优化等措施。通过在井下的实际应用表明,新的液压支架稳定性控制方案能够将井下综采效率提升7.9%,将支架下滑、倾倒事故降低95%,极大地提升了井下综采作业的效率和安全性。Aiming at the shortcomings of ZZ9200 hydraulic support working on soft coal seam with large inclination angle,which often cause tipping and sliding and affect the safety of underground support,based on the analysis of the factors affecting the stability of support,the ultimate tipping and sliding angle of the hydraulic support working on soft coal seam are determined.Measures such as bending arrangement of the surface,pseudo-sloping arrangement and optimisation of the bracket anti-slip have been adopted.The practical application in underground shows that the new hydraulic support stability control scheme can improve the efficiency of underground integrated mining by 7.9%,reduce the sliding and tipping accidents of the support by 95%,and greatly improve the efficiency and safety of underground integrated mining operation.
