摘 要:由于传统方法在小型水电站调速器智能控制中应用效果不佳,不仅调差率比较低,而且控制响应时间比较长,无法达到预期的控制效果,为此提出基于PLC的小型水电站调速器智能控制方法。通过对调速器电磁耦合部分进行电磁解耦,推导出调速器的数学模型,通过对调速器动力学特征提取,识别到调速器转差,利用PLC对调速器转差调节,消除调速器转差,以此实现基于PLC的小型水电站调速器智能控制。经实验证明,在设计方法应用下调速器调差率低于0.1 V,响应时间在1 s以内,设计方法在调速器智能控制方面具有良好的应用前景。Because of the poor application of traditional methods in the intelligent control of small hydropower station governor,not only the rate of adjustment is relatively low,but also the control response time is relatively long,which can not achieve the expected control effect,so we propose the intelligent control method of small hydropower station governor based on PLC.Through the governor electromagnetic coupling part of the electromagnetic decoupling,deduced the governor mathematical model,through the governor dynamics feature extraction,identified to the governor rotational difference,the use of PLC on the governor rotational difference adjustment,eliminating the governor rotational difference,so as to achieve PLC-based small hydropower station governor intelligent control.It is proved by experiment that the rate of governor rotation is lower than 0.1 V under the application of the design method,and the response time is within 1 s.The design method has a good application prospect in the intelligent control of governor.
