摘  要:针对传统悬臂式掘进机电控装置存在的控制延时长、维护维修难度大的问题,设计悬臂式掘进机电控装置优化方案。基于掘进机基础电气装置,增加扩展电控箱,利用分布式I/O技术完成掘进机数字量、模拟量的采集与处理,利用无线通信接收掘进机远程控制指令;利用CAN总线通信与基础电气系统完成数据交互,控制掘进机正常运行;最后完成试验分析。试验结果表明,优化后的悬臂式掘进机电控装置能够快速处理数字量、模拟量,提高了控制实时性;降低了维护维修的难度和工作量;有利于提升掘进机的运行效率。Aiming at the problems of long control delay and difficult maintenance and repair of the traditional cantilever roadheader electronic control device,the optimization scheme of cantilever roadheader electronic control device is designed.Based on the basic electrical device of the roadheader,increase the expansion of the electronic control box,use distributed I/O technology to complete the acquisition and processing of digital and analog quantities of the roadheader,use wireless communication to receive remote control commands from the roadheader;use CAN bus communication to complete the data interaction with the basic electrical system,and control the normal operation of the roadheader;and finally,complete the test analysis.The test results show that the optimized cantilever roadheader electronic control device can quickly process digital and analog quantities,improve the real-time control;reduce the difficulty and workload of maintenance and repair;and help to improve the operating efficiency of the roadheader.
