摘 要:矿用挖掘机通风除尘系统主要用于保证机棚内正压,降低粉尘对机电设备造成的损害,同时降低机棚以及电气室内机电设备的工作温度,其性能直接影响到相关零部件的使用寿命和整机作业效率。脉冲清灰系统是通风除尘系统的核心部件,通过对其清灰机理进行分析研究得到相应变化规律,可进一步优化通风除尘反吹系统,提高设备可靠性。The ventilation and dust removal system of mining excavator is mainly used to ensure the positive pressure in the shed,reduce the damage caused by dust to the electromechanical equipment,and at the same time,reduce the working temperature of electromechanical equipments in the shed and the electrical room,whose performance has a direct impact on the service life of the related parts and the operating efficiency of the whole machine.Pulse cleaning system is the core component of the ventilation and dust removal system,through the analysis and research of its cleaning mechanism to get the corresponding law of change,can further optimise the ventilation and dust removal blowback system,improve the reliability of the equipment.
