摘 要:在煤矿井下开采中,带式输送机作为关键的煤炭输送设备,需要做好制动工作,保证运输的安全性和高效性。结合部分煤矿的运输作业看,其带式输送机的减速器,在环境及作业强度等多方面因素干扰下,容易出现输入轴断裂问题,易影响输送机整体的运行。基于此,进行了某煤矿的生产概述,提出输入轴断裂的问题,然后对问题的具体原因及处理策略进行研究,从液力偶合器安装方式、减速器设计理念等方面提出处理方案。经过测试,优化方案能降低输入轴断裂故障率,保障井下运输。In underground coal mining,belt conveyor,as a key coal conveying equipment,needs to do a good job of braking to ensure the safety and efficiency of transportation.Combined with the transportation operation of some coal mines,the reducer of its belt conveyor,under the interference of many factors such as environment and operational intensity,is prone to input shaft fracture problems,which can easily cause the overall operation of the conveyor.Based on this,an overview of the production of a coal mine is carried out,the problem of input shaft fracture is proposed,and then the specific causes of the problem and the treatment strategy are studied,and the treatment program is proposed in terms of the installation method of the hydraulic coupling and the design concept of the reducer.After testing,the optimized solution can reduce the input shaft fracture failure rate and protect the underground transportation.
