摘 要:汽轮机作为一种重要的能源转换设备,其高效节能技术的应用对于提高能源利用效率、减少能源消耗具有重要意义。概述了汽轮机高效节能技术的概念和目标,并详细介绍了提高汽轮机效率的关键技术,包括燃烧系统优化、高温材料应用、蒸汽再热和再压缩技术以及废热回收和利用。列举了一些成功应用高效节能技术的汽轮机项目,并分析了其节能效果和经济效益。Steam turbine is an important energy conversion equipment,and its application of high efficiency and energy saving technology is of great significance for improving energy utilization efficiency and reducing energy consumption.The concepts and objectives of high efficiency and energy saving technologies for steam turbines are summarized,and the key technologies to improve the efficiency of steam turbines are introduced in detail,including combustion system optimization,high temperature material application,steam reheat and recompression technology,and waste heat recovery and utilization.Some turbine projects which have successfully applied high efficiency and energy saving technology are listed,and their energy saving effect and economic benefit are analyzed.
