摘 要:在矿用输送机的运转中,较多企业应用工频控制的方式,既存在效率低易“憋死”问题,也会在较多空载下存在能耗问题,需要对输送机的运转进行控制改进。基于对变频调速技术的了解和主要矢量结构、逻辑结构的分析,从硬件部分、软件部分和系统功能三个方面对输送机变频调速控制系统进行了研究,可使输送机结合实际运输的煤块量调整皮带速度,增加运行效率。对该系统进行试验分析,以期其具有良好的节能效果,满足井下运输的节能性、安全性需要。In the operation of mining conveyor,more enterprises apply the industrial frequency control method,which not only has the problem of low efficiency and easy to be"suffocated",but also has the problem of energy consumption under more no-load,so it is necessary to control and improve the operation of the conveyor.Based on the understanding of frequency conversion speed control technology and the main vector structure,logic structure analysis,from the hardware part,software part and the system function of the three aspects of the conveyor frequency conversion speed control system for research,can make the conveyor combined with the actual transportation of the amount of coal to adjust the belt speed,increase the operating efficiency.The system is tested and analyzed to expect a good energy-saving effect and to meet the energy-saving and safety needs of underground transportation.
