摘  要:研制了一款C波段的高温超导双工器,该双工器由3个多模谐振器和6个阶梯阻抗谐振器构成。采用基于共用多模谐振器结构的设计方法,有效减小了双工器的尺寸,避免分支线结构中的阻抗匹配设计,提高了设计效率。并且,通过调整谐振器间的耦合系数,提升了双工器的隔离度。实测结果表明,该双工器的中心频率为5.5 GHz/6.5 GHz,相对带宽为1.24%/1.36%,带内最大插入损耗为0.41 dB/0.36 dB,两通道间的隔离度优于35 dB。该设计方法为高性能多工器的设计研制提供了参考。此外,进一步分析了仿真与实测产生误差的原因,有利于提高器件的性能和制作工艺。A C-band high-temperature superconducting(HTS) duplexer was designed and fabricated,which was composed of three multi-mode resonators and six stepped impedance resonators.Owning to the common multi-mode resonators structure employed,the size of the duplexer was greatly reduced.The branch line structure was discarded in the design of the duplexer,the impedance matching of the branch line structure was also omitted,these combined approaches improved the design efficiency of the duplexer.Moreover,by adjusting the coupling coefficient between resonators,the isolation of the duplexer had been improved.The results show that the measured central frequencies of the duplexer are 5.5 GHz/6.5 GHz,the relative bandwidths are 1.24%/1.36%,the corresponding insertion losses are 0.41 dB/0.36 dB,independently,and the isolation between the two channels is better than 35 dB.This approach will provide a design reference for the multiplexers with excellent performance.In addition,further analysis is conducted on the reasons for the errors between simulation and measurement,which is beneficial for improving the performance and manufacturing process of the device.
