摘　　要：目的:探究头颅CT联合风险管理在闭合性颅骨凹陷骨折患者中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2019年12月—2020年12月我院收治的50例闭合性颅骨凹陷骨折患者为研究对象,按照治疗环节的不同分为对照组和研究组,各25例。对照组采用常规管理,研究组采用头颅CT联合风险管理,比较2组临床应用效果。结果:研究组迟发性脑血肿发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后迟发性感染指数低于对照组,平均住院时间短于对照组,X线骨折愈合满意度高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:闭合性颅骨凹陷骨折患者行头颅CT联合风险管理的效果确切,能够显著降低迟发性脑血肿发生率,显著改善患者术后指标。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of head CT combined with risk management in patients with closed depressed skull fracture.Methods:50 patients with closed depressed skull fracture admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment links,with 25 cases.The control group used conventional management,the study group used head CT combined with risk management,and the clinical application effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of delayed cerebral hematoma in the study group was 8.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative delayed infection index of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the average length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,and the X-ray fracture healing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Head CT combined with risk management in patients with closed depressed skull fracture has a definite effect,which can significantly reduce the incidence of delayed cerebral hematoma and significantly improve the postoperative indexes of patients.
