自制中药热奄包联合耳穴压籽治疗骨质疏松性疼痛的技术分析

摘　　要：目的:探究自制中药热奄包联合耳穴压籽治疗骨质疏松性疼痛的技术价值.方法:选取本院2021年4月-2022年3月收治的80例骨质疏松性疼痛患者为研究对象.根据随机抽签法分为研究组与参照组,各40例.参照组施予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上加用自制中药热奄包联合耳穴压籽干预.评估2组患者疼痛缓解效果、睡眠状态与生活质量.结果:护理后,研究组疼痛视觉模拟评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,研究组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,研究组世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表中生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域、主观生活质量、主观健康状况评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:骨质疏松性疼痛患者在常规护理基础上,采用中药热奄包联合耳穴压籽干预,能够有效缓解患者机体疼痛,有利于改善患者睡眠状态,提升患者生活质量.Objective:To explore the technical value of reaemon bao combined with auricular point pressure seed treatment for os-teoporotic pain.Methods:80 patients with osteoporotic pain admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to random drawing method,they were divided into a study group and a reference group,with 40 cases each.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the research group was treated with reaemon bao combined with auricular point pressure on the basis of the control group.The pain relief,sleep status and quality of life were evaluated in 2 groups.Results:After nursing,the visual analogue score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological field,psychological field,social relation field,environmental field,subjective quality of life and subjective health status in the WHO QOL summary table of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine nursing for patients with osteoporotic pain,the use of Chinese medicine reaemon bao combined with auricular point pressure seed inter-vention can effectively relieve the pain of patients,improve the sleep state of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
