摘  要:高职教育是传承非物质文化遗产的主要途径之一,针对非遗传承背景下高职服装与服饰设计专业人才培养中存在的问题,襄阳职业技术学院探索了“文技融合、育创一体”人才培养模式,并从四个方面开展教学实践:确立“传承人+大师”引领的专兼结合教学创新团队;构建“职业技能+非遗技能”课程体系;创新“特色班+工作室”人才培养路径;建立“专业标准+政校企行”教学评价体系。Higher vocational education is one of the main ways to inherit intangible cultural heritage.In view of the problems in cultivating talents for fashion and costume design major in higher vocational college based on intangible cultural heritage inheritance,Xiangyang Polytechnic explores the talent cultivation mode of"integration of culture and technology,integration of education and creativity",and carries out teaching practice from four aspects:establishing teaching innovation team including full-time teachers and part-time teachers led by"inheritors plus masters";constructing the curriculum system of"vocational skills plus intangible heritage skills";innovating the talent cultivating path of"characteristic class plus studio";building teaching evaluation system of"professional standards plus government,school,enterprise and industry".
