摘 要:在卧式铣床上进行长齿条加工时,由于横向行程不够,需要设计在卧式铣床铣长齿条专用装置,使铣刀杆方向与工作台纵向进给平行,以加工该零件上的长齿条。但现有铣长齿条专用装置,结构复杂,制作较难,安装不方便。为解决这一问题,根据加工的钻套零件形状特点,自行设计一种简易的只需箱体上端固定在铣床横梁的卧式铣床铣长齿条的专用装置。文章在分析设计要求基础上,介绍了装置总体结构、传动系统图和工作原理,介绍了主要零件设计要点并进行了计算,介绍了装置安装和齿条加工过程,分析了装置设计优点。When processing long racks on a horizontal milling machine,the insufficient lateral stroke has always been one of the difficulties in mechanical processing.It necessitates the design of a special device for milling long racks on a horizontal milling machine,aligning the direction of the milling cutter bar parallel to the longitudinal feed of the worktable to process the long racks on this part.However,the existing special devices for milling long racks are complex in structure,difficult to manufacture,and inconvenient to install.In order to solve this problem,according to the shape characteristics of the drill sleeve parts processed,a simple special device for milling long rack on a horizontal milling machine with the upper end of the box fixed on the beam of the milling machine is designed.Based on the analysis of design requirements,this paper introduces the overall structure of the device,the drawing of the transmission system and the working principle,the design points of the main parts and carries out calculations.It also introduces the installation process of the device,the rack processing process,and analyzes the advantages of the device design.
