摘　　要：目的:探析内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将本院收治的120例慢性鼻窦炎患者分成两组,各60例;对照组患者采用药物治疗,观察组患者在药物治疗基础上增加内窥镜鼻窦手术;比较两组患者鼻黏膜形态、鼻黏膜功能和病情评分情况。结果:治疗前两组患者的Lund-Kennedy评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后3个月观察组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者鼻黏液纤毛清除率、清除速度和清除时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后3个月观察组鼻黏膜纤毛清除率、清除速度高于对照组,清除时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的SNOT-20评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月观察组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性鼻窦炎患者开展内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗,能够促进鼻黏膜形态转归,改善鼻黏膜功能以及病情。Objective:To explore the clinical effectiveness of endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS)in managing chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS).Methods:A total of 120 CRS patients were randomized into two groups(n=60 each)using a random number table.The control group received medical therapy,whereas the observation group underwent ESS in addition to medical treatment.Nasal mucosal morphology,mucosal function,and disease severity scores were compared between the groups.Results:Pre-treatment Lund-Kennedy scores showed no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but at 3 months post-treatment,the observation group's scores were significantly lower than the control group's(P<0.05).Prior to treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the nasal mucus clearance rate,velocity,and time between the groups(P>0.05).However,at 3 months post-treatment,the observation group exhibited higher clearance rates and velocities,and shorter clearance times compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,pre-treatment SNOT-20 scores showed no significant difference(P>0.05),yet at 3 months,the observation group's scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic rhinosinusitis patients promotes favorable changes in nasal mucosal morphology,enhances mucosal function,and improves the overall condition.
