贵州某医高专在校学生自卑感现状及其与应对方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解医学生自卑感现状及其与应对方式的相关性,为大学生心理健康教育和自卑心理干预提供参考依据。方法:采用应对方式问卷、自卑感量表和自制的一般资料调查表,对贵州某医高专在校学生的自卑感和应对方式进行问卷调查,使用SPSS22.0统计软件包对调查数据进行t检验、Pearson相关分析和多元逐步回归分析。结果:医学生自卑感总分为(114.86±30.68),其中一年级学生(117.49±28.69)高于二年级学生(112.93±31.95),女生(119.68±30.22)高于男生(109.12±30.25),农村学生(119.52±29.56)高于城镇学生(110.30±34.45),非独生子女(115.94±29.67)高于独生子女(107.90±35.84),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);自卑感的民族间差异不显著(P>0.05)。相关分析结果显示:自卑感与解决问题和求助应对方式呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),与自责、幻想、退避和合理化应对方式呈正相关(P<0.01)。逐步回归分析结果显示:解决问题、自责、求助和退避应对方式与自卑感存在线性回归关系(P<0.01),解释自卑感变异的17.9%。结论:贵州某医高专在校学生的自卑感处于中等偏低水平,与解决问题、自责、求助、幻想、退避和合理化应对方式之间存在显著的相关关系。应及时开展心理健康教育和自卑心理干预,提高大学生心理健康水平。Objective:To investigate the current status of inferiority complex among medical students and its correlation with coping strategies,providing references for mental health education and psychological intervention for college students.Methods:The Coping Style Questionnaire,Inferiority Scale,and a self-designed general information survey were administered to students at a medical vocational school in Guizhou.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis including t-tests,Pearson correlation analysis,and multiple stepwise regression analysis of the collected data.Results:The total score of inferiority complex among medical students was 114.86±30.68.First-year students(117.49±28.69)scored higher than second-year students(112.93±31.95),females(119.68±30.22)higher than males(109.12±30.25),rural students(119.52±29.56)higher than urban students(110.30±34.45),and non-only children(115.94±29.67)higher than only children(107.90±35.84),with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).No significant ethnic difference was found in inferiority complex(P>0.05).Correlation analysis revealed negative correlations between inferiority complex and problem-solving and seeking help coping strategies(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and positive correlations with self-blame,fantasy,avoidance,and rationalization coping strategies(P<0.01).Stepwise regression analysis indicated linear regression relationships between inferiority complex and problem-solving,self-blame,seeking help,and avoidance coping strategies(P<0.01),explaining 17.9%of the variation in inferiority complex.Conclusion:The level of inferiority complex among medical students in this Guizhou institution is moderately low,showing significant correlations with various coping strategies.Timely mental health education and interventions targeting inferiority complexes should be implemented to enhance the mental well-being of college students.
