摘　　要：目的:明确对糖尿病患者实施图片式健康教育联合循序渐进法护理的应用价值。方法:采用随机分组法将80例糖尿病患者分为对照组和观察组,两组患者分别实施常规护理、图片式健康教育联合循序渐进法护理干预;以患者的血糖水平、自我管理能力、健康知识掌握情况及生活质量为评价指标,对两组的干预效果进行比较。结果:干预后两组比较,观察组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)低于对照组;总体饮食、血糖监测、均衡饮食、运动以及足部护理评分高于对照组;糖尿病相关理论知识、胰岛素注射技术以及糖尿病、血糖、胰岛素关系掌握达标率高于对照组;生活质量评分高于对照组;各指标组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病患者实施图片式健康教育联合循序渐进法护理干预,有助于调节患者血糖水平,提高自我管理能力和生活质量,患者对疾病认知能力得到显著提升。Objective:To ascertain the application value of picture-based health education combined with progressive method nursing for diabetic patients.Methods:Eighty diabetic patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Routine care was provided to the control group,while the observation group received picture-based health education combined with progressive method nursing intervention.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups based on blood glucose levels,self-management abilities,mastery of health knowledge,and quality of life.Results:After intervention,the observation group showed significantly lower fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial glucose(2hPG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels compared to the control group.Scores for overall diet,blood glucose monitoring,balanced diet,exercise,and foot care were higher in the observation group.The observation group also demonstrated higher achievement rates in mastering diabetes-related theoretical knowledge,insulin injection techniques,and understanding the relationship between diabetes,blood glucose,and insulin.Furthermore,the quality of life scores were higher in the observation group,with significant differences observed across all metrics(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing picture-based health education combined with progressive method nursing for diabetic patients aids in regulating blood glucose levels,enhancing self-management capabilities and quality of life,and significantly improving patients'understanding of their disease.
