Objective:To clarify the application value of evidence-based nursing in the perioperative period of congenital intestinal atresia infants. Methods:One hundred cases of congenital intestinal atresia infants were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 50 cases received evidence-based nursing during the perioperative period, while the control group of 50 cases received conventional nursing. The reoperation rates, incidence of complications, and family satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower reoperation rates, shorter hospital stays, lower incidence of complications, and higher family satisfaction with clinical nursing services. All these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing evidence-based nursing interventions in the perioperative care of infants with congenital intestinal atresia effectively shortens the duration of hospitalization, reduces the need for secondary surgical interventions, lowers the risk of surgical complications, and enhances family satisfaction with nursing care.
