聚焦解决模式对眩晕综合征患者心理护理的干预效果及对日常生活能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析聚焦解决模式对眩晕综合征患者心理护理的干预效果及对日常生活能力的影响。方法:采用不透明信封分组法将本院收治的80例眩晕综合征患者分成对照组和观察组,各40例;对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受聚焦解决模式;对两组患者的负面情绪、日常生活能力、生活质量、护理满意度等指标进行比较。结果:护理后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);两组患者的Barthel指数均提高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者的SF-36评分、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦解决模式在眩晕综合征患者心理护理中具有重要影响,有助于患者负面情绪和日常生活能力改善,促进生活质量和护理满意度提高。Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of the solution-focused approach on psychological care for patients with vertigo syndrome and its impact on their daily living abilities.Methods:Eighty patients with vertigo syndrome admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(40 cases each)using opaque envelope allocation.The control group received routine nursing care,whereas the observation group was subjected to the solution-focused approach.Negative emotions,daily living abilities,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing intervention,both groups showed decreased scores in the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),with the observation group exhibiting significantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The Barthel Index scores,indicative of daily living abilities,increased in both groups,with the observation group showing a higher increase than the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the observation group had higher scores in the Short Form-36 Health Survey(SF-36)and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The solution-focused approach plays a pivotal role in the psychological care of patients with vertigo syndrome,facilitating improvements in negative emotions and daily living abilities,as well as enhancing the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
