康复训练对精神分裂症康复期骨质疏松患者跌倒认知及运动依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过临床医学试验研究,分析团体认知康复训练对精神分裂症康复期骨质疏松患者跌倒认知及运动依从性的影响效果。方法:选取我院2021年1月-2023年1月收治的50例精神分裂症康复期骨质疏松患者为研究对象,采用电脑随机分组分为对照组与试验组,各25例。对照组采用常规的护理服务模式,试验组在此基础上给予患者团体认知康复训练。对比2组患者跌倒认知及依从性的影响效果。结果:试验组跌倒效能评分中室内活动、室外活动及总评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组跌倒率低于对照组,运动依从性高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:团体认知康复训练护理服务模式对于精神分裂症康复期骨质疏松患者的跌倒认知以及运动依从性要明显优于普通康复护理服务模式。Objective:To analyze the effect of group cognitive rehabilitation training on cognition and exercise compliance of falls in patients with osteoporosis during rehabilitation of schizophrenia through clinical trial research.Methods:A total of 50 schizophrenia patients with osteoporosis during rehabilitation admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing service,while patients in the experimental group received group cognitive rehabilitation training on this basis.The fall cognition and compliance of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of indoor activities,outdoor activities,and total fall efficacy in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference between the were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fall rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the exercise compliance was higher than that of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The group cognitive rehabilitation training nursing service model is significantly better than the ordinary rehabilitation nursing service model for the fall cognition and exercise compliance of patients with osteoporosis during the rehabilitation period of schizophrenia.
