带锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨骨折患者的术中护理配合方法及实施价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探究带锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨骨折的护理方法与实施效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年2月吉安市中心人民医院收治的70例股骨骨折患者为研究对象,均采取带锁髓内钉内固定治疗,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照且和观察组,每组35例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用围术期综合护理干预,对比2组髋关节功能恢复评分、不良情绪评分、术后并发症、生活质量评分。结果:术后,观察组的髋关节功能恢复评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症为2.86%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:带锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨骨折,配合围术期综合护理干预的效果显著,有利于髋关节功能的早日恢复,改善不良情绪,降低术后并发症,值得临床借鉴。Objective:To explore the nursing methods and implementation effects of interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation for femoral fractures.Methods:A total of 70 patients with femoral fracture treated in Jiˊan Central Peopleˊs Hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected and treated with interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation as the research subjects.According to the random number table method.They were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The hip function recovery score,negative emotion score,postoperative complications and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:After operation,the hip joint function recovery scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 2.86%,which was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation for femoral fractures combined with perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant effect,which is conducive to the early recovery of hip joint function,improve bad mood.and reduce postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical reference.
