摘 要:在脊柱内固定技术开展过程当中,收治的骨质疏松患者逐渐增多。随着脊柱内固定手术技术和新材料的保障,椎弓根螺钉失稳性、松脱、断裂等手术失败的问题逐渐减少。在提高脊柱骨质疏松症椎弓根螺钉内固定牢固性方面,国内外学者已进行骨水泥强化椎弓根螺钉技术改进的探讨,引起骨科同行广泛关注与重视。其中手术操作技术(如椎弓根螺钉置入技术、骨水泥灌注技术等)的选择和改进方面,对骨科医生临床实践指导有一定的借鉴。本文对近年来应用在脊柱骨质疏松治疗中的骨水泥灌注螺钉技术进行综述,旨在为其临床应用提供参考。During the development of spinal internal fixation technology,the number of patients with osteoporosis has gradually increased.With the support of spinal internal fixation techniques and new materials,the problems of pedicle screw instability,loosening,fracture and other surgical failures have gradually decreased.In order to improve the rigidity of pedicle screw internal fixation in spinal osteoporosis,scholars at home and abroad have discussed the improvement of bone cement-reinforced pedicle screw technology,which has attracted extensive attention and attention of orthopaedic colleagues.Among them,the selection and improvement of surgical operation techniques(such as pedicle screw placement technique,bone cement perfusion technique,etc.)have certain reference for the clinical practice guidance of orthopaedic doctors.In this paper,the techniques of bone cement injection screw used in the treatment of spinal osteoporosis in recent years were reviewed,aiming to provide reference for their clinical application.
